The panoramic windows with views of the docks and the open show kitchen, as well as the multiple award-winning design of the british star architect David Chipperfield, help create the unique atmosphere of the waterkant. Alongside the regular dishes, there is the much-loved “Kiez” menu, created by the chef and his team. The 3- to 5-course set menus, which the kitchen pieces together entirely from fresh and where possible local ingredients, change monthly.
